Stress! Ugh, just saying the word is awful. We all have it and, my guess is, we all could use less of it. That is probably why someone made April 16 Stress Awareness Day.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am anti-stress. I like to be busy, sure. I mean, that goes without saying. I have multiple businesses. Of course, I am busy. But I don’t like to be stressed. It isn’t good for my health. It isn’t good for my relationships. It isn’t good for my mental well-being. It isn’t sustainable.
It is one of the reasons I am such an advocate of CBD.
Most people don’t realize that our endocannabinoid system (ECS) helps our body to regulate stress. But if we are too stressed, our ECS can’t do its job. It can’t regulate our stress. That can lead to some real issues. Our body is trying to crank out more natural cannabinoids, but it just isn’t making enough.
But if we supplement it with phytocannabinoids, we can give our ECS what it needs. Now, our ECS can regulate our stress. Our body works the way it is supposed to. Less stress. We get to actually feel… normal.
That’s just one of the many reasons I take my CBD every day. I never miss my morning drops.
